We only ship out our gourmet apples every Monday and Wednesday.
For orders received between Wednesday to Sunday, will be shipped on the following Monday.
For orders received between Monday to Tuesday, will be shipped on Wednesday.
Carcamos Gourmet Caramel Apples is not open on Public Holidays so delivery for public holidays will go forward to the next delivery day.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we recommend all orders should be placed as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Warm Weather Shipping
Cost of hot weather packaging ($3.99) is included in the shipping rate. Hot weather packaging may contain high heat insulation or ice pack.
Unfortunately Carcamos Gourmet Caramel Apples is not responsible if the correct address is not supplied. We suggest double checking your details at the time of checkout.
We suggest shipping to a location where you know somebody will be available to receive the package, for example the recipient’s work place. Our couriers may leave gifts at a destination in which no one is at home. But keep in mind, our gifts are perishable and should not be exposed to the elements too long, especially warm weather conditions.
Carcamos Gourmet Caramel Apples will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the products if no one is on site to receive the gift.
Carcamos Gourmet Caramel Apples guarantee your gift will arrive in perfect condition to the address stated on your order. In an unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, let us know. We will make it right.
If your package arrived damaged we may request photos for additional proof for any claims with our couriers. All damaged packaged must be signed for as such, to guarantee a refund or replacement at no extra charge to you. For a guaranteed refund or replacement, you must notify us of the damaged good as soon as you received it.
