About Caramel:
Our delicious caramel is made only with the best natural-ingredients: freshest cream, butter, pure cane sugar and natural vanilla. Our caramel contains NO trans fats, NO artificial colors or shelf retaining preservatives.
About Granny Smith and Chocolates:
Our Granny Smith is plump and tart and most importantly Grade A. We only use world class Belgian style chocolate as a base chocolate in everything we make. It is a "Couverture" chocolate which means it has more than 31% cocoa butter.
