The prices shown by each product featured on our website are all in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. They do not however include delivery.
Carcamo’s Gourmet Caramel Apples may contain traces of peanut and other tree nuts.
Delivery is 1-3 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), depending on where you are having the gift delivered.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we recommend all orders should be placed as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address, if we cannot gain access to the address provided or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when we call Carcamo’s Gourmet Caramel Apples will not be responsible for any damage (or loss) to a gift that has been left unattended. We recommend you provide us with alternative delivery information (such as leave with the neighbour) to prevent any incidents occurring.
Damage in transit
Unfortunately, once our gourmet caramel apples leave our premises we have little control of them. Our couriers are trusting and reliable, but in the rare event that a gift gets damaged whilst in transit, you must inform us immediately. You will need to quote your order number and email us photos of the damaged goods. All damaged packaged must be signed for as such, to guarantee a refund or replacement at no extra charge to you. Please note that to take appropriate action, it is essential to be contacted immediately.
Packaging and product appearance
We reserve the right to update packaging and package contents. We, however, make every effort to deliver consistent product. The amount of chocolates used and value of the arrangement will remain the same. If we need to alter the gift box for any reason we will replace it with another item of similar appearance with equal or greater value of money.
